Rejected Selling Application
I am new to Amazon. My brand has been approved on Brand Registry. I am on the way to create my first product. When I was entering my brand name to create the listing, the error code 5461 appears.
I have filled out the Selling Application to ask for approval to use my own brand. All docs required were submitted. However, I received this message from Amazon. Not sure what is missing, what do they need:
We understand you are having issues with adding a product.
We know how disappointing this is for you and we do know that this might affect your business on Amazon. We don't want our selling partners to experience it.
Thank you for your continued patience. We have received an update from our internal team.
However, as per our investigation, we were unable to find conclusive search results on the product with Brand name "” having Product title “” in the Product category “”
Hence, we are rejecting this appeal.
If you believe our rejection was made in error, please provide us with supporting information (e.g., a valid Brand or 3P webpage link with the Product listed).
Please provide additional information so that we can proceed with the investigation.
We'll close this case for now. Once you provide new information, please add a correspondence to the case.
I don't show my brand name and product name in the email above. Please help since the product is not created yet.

Are you trying to sell an item that belongs to a different brand? This may be why error 5461 appears.
If so, do not put the other brand name in "Brand Name" field, put your own. Put the other brand name in Product description.
