Charges for Promo Rebates

Hello,

We have received multiple charges for Promo Rebates, however, we have no active promos. Can you please confirm what these charges are for?

In a separate post it was noted:

Apparently, thousands of sellers were effected by this promos charges and seller support is been working for over 2 months now trying to get everyone refunded. They told me I would get a refund in 15 days which was about 3 weeks ago. I honestly don't see why they cant reverse the fee that they know they charged sellers by accident.

I was asked to create a new forum post with our case ID to escalate the issue.

Thanks for the post and I regret to hear about this issue you're having with Promo Rebate charges. I did take a look at the case you provided here and there does not to be appear to be a great deal of detail there. Therefore, I just have a few questions:

1. Is the $2560.45 sum located on the Excel spreadsheet the requested refund/amount you feel was charged in error? If not, can you please identify the erroneous charges?

2. Do you have the Case ID in which you were told you would receive a refund in 15 days? (I'm not seeing it on this particular case)
