My Amazon charge method not being verified even after Amazon charged it for balance
i have recently had an issue in verifying my charge method. My bank emailed me that they are doing an Account maintenence and will replace old cards with new. After i updated my charge method to new cards, there is still an issue verifying my card status and charge method showing as invalid. Amazon has already charged my card for the balance from new cards and still it is not verifying my charged method, i have lost access to my account and my business is on hold. Seller support have been unable to resolve my issue. I appeal to amazon to escalate my issue at the highest level. What should i do in this situation.

Usually when a seller has this trouble it is because they are trying to use a debit card. It will not matter that Amazon is able to charge the card, the selling account will not be activated until an actual credit card is supplied.
That's the usual -- right now it seems there is also a problem specific to Mastercard.
If possible, enter a true credit card other than Mastercard -- first add it to the buying side of your account. Then, after waiting a bit, go to the selling side of the account and just choose that card.

You've probably used Mercury cards. The same thing happened to me. The card was perfectly working with other sites but Amazon couldn't charge it.
I've used another bank's debit card and that's how I solved the problem.

I have used a Visa Card and that has solved the problem. Amazon has problem with Mastercards
