What does "Amazon picks up and Supplier loads" mean in AGL shipping? My supplier mentioned that only freight forwarder loads boxes into the container.
If the incoterm is EXW and closer "Amazon picks up and supplier loads", does Amazon pick an dload into the container? or will supplier have to do anything additional.
Please help, using AGL first time.

Usually Amazon will pick up the boxes and then palatize the shipment and ship internationally.
