Product under attack
Hi,
One of the products I have sold for the last 2 years with 4.4 stars, which I never had an issue with is under attack. Suddenly in the last month, I got 19 returns. The buyer buys the product, re-orders in a couple of days, and then refunds both. The return reason is either "General Adjustment" (I don't even what it means) or "product is not as described" (then why do you order twice in a couple of days?) The orders come through different buyers but always as pairs. So one buyer buys twice then another buyer buys it. I reported it as abuse but I got a reply "No violation has been identified" and finally my product was delisted due to customer complaints suggesting "product as not described" Again I sold it for 2 years with 4.4 stars and had no issue at all. Apart from being delisted, it cost me a lot of return money as I should paid a lot of FBA fees.
So what should I do and how I can protect my product?

Hello @Seller_PcCFjR5C7Sh1s,
Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums!
I understand your situation about the returns made by this buyer and how this is affecting you.
You can report a violation so our team can review the case and take action if needed after investigation.
For more information go to Report a Violation
Also, another option for our sellers is the Safe-T claims. The Seller Assurance for e-Commerce Transactions (SAFE-T) process allows you to file a claim for reimbursement when Amazon manual payment is required for your order. At Amazon’s sole discretion, you may be issued a reimbursement in cases where Amazon determines that you were not at fault.
For more information go to Service Safe-T claims
Please remember that in case you still need help with this you can always reach out to our Seller Support team.
I hope this information helps.
Kind Regards!
