I am based in the Netherlands and I would like to sell only within the EU, but it registered me to sell in the US, Canada, Mexico

I have just created a business account for my brand that is officialy registered in the Netherlands as a sole proprietorship. I created it through amazon.nl seller. Yet it registered me only for countries of US, Canada, Mexico. But I would like to only sell within Europe. I also got charged $48 instead of €39, that was indicated on the amazon.nl seller website as a subscription fee. I am new to amazon and I didn't submit any listing yet, even tho I am ready to sell. Can you please help me resolve this? And is it possible to get reimbursed for the wrong amount that was taken from my account?
