I can not find invoices of Amazon deductions (Prof. Account Subscription, Vine Enrollment)

Hello I am selling with FBA. When I check my Tax Document Library, I only see invoices of Amazon ADS. I can not find invoice of Professional Seller account subscription fee (39.99 USD) and INVOICE of Vine Enrollment fee (200 USD). I need those invoices. I can see the transactions but I can not find Invoices. Please help me
