Items being lost in transfer between warehouse
Hey all,
Been having more issues these days with items being lost in transfer between warehouses. I understand this is the cost of doing business and items get lost, damaged and stolen but it comes up as an issue for your account health. Any tips for getting the couching removed from your account and are people winning their disputes? I try to take photos showing the shipments are received in full at the first fullfilment center to have for record but at times things get busy and the record get missed.

Items that are lost in transfer between warehouses after being checked in and received do not become issues for your account health. The lost items are either reimbursed in cash or inventory if Amazon has some commingled stock for the missing item.
Oh you mean on the way to the warehouses not being transferred between warehouses. All you have to do is send in proof that you shipped the items in and keep escalating the case.

I understand about the situation you have experienced with products being lost in transfer between warehouses. Adding to @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7's comment, you can file a claim to request a reimbursement. You must submit your claim no later than 18 months after the date when the item was reported lost or damaged in your Inventory Ledger report. Claims submitted outside of this window are not eligible for reimbursement.
