We had two A to Z claims under review for over a year. We just want to know how long Amazon claim team still needs to resolve the claim. We know Amazon usually will take a while to investigate the claim. But What kind of claim needs to take a year.

@Seller_CXmxcmENqEzu7 I asked our partner team to investigate those claims and determine why they are still Under Review. I will follow back up here when I receive an update.
