Hi All,

I'm going through the brand registry process and I'm up to the manufacturing and distribution information section. I need to upload proof of arrangement between your brand and the third-party manufacturer and also a recent supply invoice.

I have a recent invoice so that seems straight forward. However, I used a sourcing agent for sourcing my product. Would they be considered the manufacturer in this case? What documentation would satisfy the proof of arrangement? I found this comment on a similar thread "Agreement between you and the manufacturer stating that your brand products are manufactured by them."

This seems a bit vague, does it need to be a legally binding contract? Can it be a simple document outlining the relationship between my brand the sourcing agent with signatures from both parties?

Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
