Amazon does not approve my invoice despite all requirements provided!!!

Although we have sent our invoice that MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS and COMPLIES with AMAZON POLICIES many times before, we could not overcome the automatic rejection response. If necessary, we want to make a call or live chat. Because we are sure that all the documents are correct. But the artificial intelligence only gives an automatic rejection response without any review.

We are tired now. We cannot sell the products we have. Moreover, as a store with good metrics, encountering such a situation seriously shakes our trust in Amazon. Amazon needs to remember that we are also its customers. Are they asking us to leave it?

I've recently dealt with this kind of situation, so after dealing with it for a couple weeks. I've noticed sometimes as much as I thought everything complied. They were minor errors and misleading information with how the product is listed, compared to information on the invoice.

Also sometimes brand owners can restrict accounts from selling their products, so sometimes it's situations that are out of our control or even theirs. Just incase you were unaware.

But your definitely not alone when it comes to this!

I showed them evidence that they are selling my inventory to Auction sites for profit after they lose them and refuse to reimburse me.

They wont even provide why they are denying the claim.

No matter what I say they respond with this. At least 5 times they respond with the exact same message.

The approval process has shown to be very random. Some times they will approve with no evidence at all, sometimes they decline with all the evidence. I’ll be declined in one store but in another I’m approved. It makes no sense.

I would like to know how amazon is able to get around the First Sale Doctrine.

I cant get approved for anything despite having VALID invoices! Amazon is the worst place to sell on, there is so much garbage red tape for sellers!

I'm selling on Walmart, they have a FBA like program where you can send them inventory & stuff sells pretty well on there. Also they have nearly ZERO approvals! The vast majority of items you can just freely sell without any BS like on Amazon.

If Amazon wants to treat their sellers like garbage we need to take our business elsewhere. When consumers start seeing cheaper prices on Walmart because sellers can be actually free to compete & list whatever items they own, then I hope Amazon loses a massive amount of money so their forced to entirely scrap this unfair & overly restrictive brand approval garbage!
