ODR affected due to Canada Post Strike
Due to the Canada post strike, other companies are facing high volumes, thus resulting in delays.
This delay is out of our control, and we understand that the buyer may want a refund. But if the buyer raises an A-Z claim without contacting us, then Amazon grants that A-Z claim and moreover counts that against our ODR.
There is no reason why this was counted against my ODR, but now I am losing a $3,000 product that is currently in transit to the buyer.
The buyer has already received a full refund, and this is counted against my ODR, which has led to the loss of all buybox in my account, so I cannot make any sales.
Thanks Amazon

Hello @Seller_5vKaTOLzeUH34,
This is Josh from Amazon. Thank you for contacting our Forums!
I understand your frustration regarding the A-to-Z claim granted due to shipping delays caused by the Canada Post strike, and the subsequent impact on your ODR and Buy Box status. This is indeed a challenging situation, especially considering the high-value product involved and the broader impact on your sales.
To better assist you with this issue, I'd like to know if you've already reached out to our Seller Support team about this specific problem. If you have, could you please provide the most recent case ID related to this issue?
Additionally, could you please share the order ID associated with this A-to-Z claim? Having both the case ID and the order ID will allow me to review the details of your situation more thoroughly and potentially offer more targeted assistance.
Once you've provided this information, I'll be happy to look into this further for you.
Best regards,
-Josh
