In some categories Amazon has made it so that Brands are not listed in the Title. We have seen it a fair amount of times as well on new listing creations. You may also find that if you are making a variation listing, in some categories like Health and Beauty the Title is made via the Parent and not the Children, whereas in other categories it is the Child that controls it.

There are a number of reasons a Brand Name may not display. @Seller_T6i3AJDaUSPMQ is correct that there are some instances in which the Brand Name may not display per Amazon detail page policies, however it also may be that the update to your product wasn't accepted. If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case on this issue I can review and see what escalation options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
