I had two a-to-z claims and that caused a high order defect rate, and caused to lose all of the featured offers which is more than 400. Then I solved one of the order defect rates and the ODR decreased, account became heathy again, but I can't get back the featured offers. I can't sell anything in this situation, I can't even advertise the products because they can't get any inpression without featured offer property.
