Fake IP claims!!

Hello,

I received a Fake IP claims and my listing was disabled.

I sent to Amazon the Complainants's design and my listing images to prove that there was non similarities. But the Amazon asked frequently the same thing "letter of authorization (LOA) or licensing agreement (LA)".

I also sent email to Complainant and present that there is no similarities between his design and my images. But he did not give answer properly.

It looks like a hell to sell something on Amazon.

I also see a number of similar problems previously happened on Amazon.

But the policy of Amazon is not clear.
