Your Account Has Been Deactivated - Linked to another Amazon Account

We are at our wits end trying to get our Amazon account reactivated. It was deactivated in November of 2021. We have been trying since and no progress.

Our account has been linked to an Amazon by the name of Viribright Lighting. I was a previous employee of Viribright Lighting and had account rights to their Amazon account. I managed the Amazon account at Viribright Lighting from July 2018 to October 2021.

My position at Viribright Lighting was terminated October 2021, before my personal Amazon selling account was deactivated. During the COVID pandemic of 2020, I was working remotely due to shutdown of the pandemic. I used my personal computer to log into Viribright Lighting's and my own personal Amazon account.

In my many appeals attempts to try and get our account reactivated we have provided proof of employment at Viribright Lighting. We provided and offer letter signed by myself and a manager at Viribright Lighting dating July 2018. I also provided screenshots of email conversation between myself and my supervisor at Viribright Lighting acknowledging my account rights to Viribright Lighting's Amazon selling account. I also provided W2's to prove my employment at Viribright Lighting for 2021.

I was asked by Amazon to provide proof of contract termination since i had account rights to Viribright Lighting's account. I provided my termination letter dated October 2021. Before my Amazon account was deactivated. The termination letter is signed and dated.

Hello @Seller_r6MUvkkwTTAe1,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding your account issue. I really appreciate you taking the time to share the details with me and the forum community.

After carefully reviewing the information and documentation you provided, the responsible team and I have determined that the materials you submitted are unfortunately not sufficient to reinstate your account. This is because the documents do not conclusively prove that the accounts are unrelated.

To move forward, I would suggest reviewing the information in your original appeal again. If there are any additional details about the relationship between the accounts after the dates covered by the documentation you've already provided, please be sure to include that in your next submission. Providing a clear explanation for any connections between the accounts will be key.

I know this is a frustrating situation, and I wish I could share more specifics. However, due to confidentiality policies, I'm limited in the details I can disclose. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Best,

-Roxy
