Buyer Claims Wrong Item Received — But Sent Correct Product (With Photo Proof)
We are the brand owner of a product. A customer keeps messaging saying they received the wrong item. However, they sent a photo of what they got—and it matches the listing exactly (product name, description, and image all match). We've confirmed it's the correct item. They’re now pushing for a refund. Honestly, this looks like a fraudulent refund attempt. I’ve already reported them to Amazon with all supporting evidence (messages, photo, etc.).
What else can I do as a seller to protect my account? Has anyone else dealt with this kind of situation and had Amazon take your side? I really don’t want to issue a refund for a false claim.

Have you sent them the proof? Do that and then do not respond to them any longer. You can't control what their actions will be.
