Expedited, two-day, and one-day delivery options are not displaying to our customers for merchant fulfilled listings.
We have opened support cases dating back to 04/22/2024.
Case ID numbers: 15159652591, 15274684371, 15296108621, and 15526823591.
We have posted multiple screenshots as undeniable truth, but Amazon continues to tell us the problem is resolved. The issue still remains.
This is important, and we are losing business. We have followed the advice of creating a new shipping template, and this has not resolved the issue. We are requesting escalation and resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
Amazon Mods: we are going to need more that a canned copy/paste response from your SPS Associate. There is an underlying issue that will need to be resolved by a specialist.
I would urge other sellers to also check to see if expedited, two-day, and one-day delivery options are displaying. Have a friend or relative with a Prime account send you a screenshot of one of your ASINs. You might be surprised to see the delivery dates that Amazon is communicating to your customers!
PS: our shipping template settings are correct. Amazon has also confirmed they are correct. We have also created a new template from scratch and have the same issue. Our Canada store does NOT have this issue, only our US store.
