Customer returned used item as "defective, doesn't work"
I had a customer return a mug as "item defective or doesn't work" and immediately put in an A to Z claim against me before I could even start a refund. The A to Z claimed they never received their refund. I was hoping to submit a Safe T claim as the item I sent was brand new and the return was a heavily worn, used mug. Now this same customer ordered the same mug and is returning it as "product damaged, shipping box ok" In an attempt to prevent a fraudulent return, I sent them photos of the brand new mug before, during and after packing. What can I do to prevent another A to Z claim from this buyer. I want to submit a safe t claim but cannot once the A to Z is submitted. I also will not be granted a Safe t if I refund any amount. How can I stop this abuse?
I have also submitted a 'report abuse' on this buyer as soon as we got the old used mug back on the last order.
