I cant reverified my account

I have been trying to reverify my account, but when I click on the email Begin Verification in North America, it just redirects me to my Store Status. I have already contacted Amazon, but every single time, they send me the same email explaining that I need to go to Performance Notifications, but it's the same thing: the button there redirects me to the Store Status, and I don't see anything that I need to sent or something, does anyone knows anything about this, i have 40 stranded inventory items because my account is not fully onboarded :(

Mine are worst. It keep getting me to seller support. The link is actually broke and no one is care to take action about this
