Issue with AWD to FBA Shipment – Amazon Requests Documents AWD Doesn’t Provide
Hi,
I recently sent units to AWD (Amazon Warehousing & Distribution), and they automatically shipped the inventory to FBA. However, some of these shipments never arrived at the destination fulfillment center.
Specifically, this concerns FBA Shipment ID: FBA18J9SV9FH and Case ID: 16857814021.
When I opened a case to investigate, Amazon requested the following documents:
A digital screenshot of the delivery appointment showing the appointment ID.
A bill of lading (BOL) that shows the number of boxes in the shipment and total weight when it was picked up by the carrier. The BOL should contain a signature confirming that the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center.
The issue is that AWD does not provide either of these documents. I informed Amazon of this and also pointed out that the goods were shipped from one Amazon fulfillment center (IUSQ) to another (GYR3). However, their response was to close the case because I cannot provide the requested documentation.
This puts me in a situation where Amazon itself handled the shipment, but now refuses to take responsibility for the missing inventory because their own system does not generate the required documents.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a way to escalate the case or get Amazon to investigate without these documents?
I would greatly appreciate any advice or shared experiences.

Thanks.

Hey @Seller_qe8Ebd21t6tUD,
I'm sorry to read about these frustrations. I am passing these IDs to our AWD partners to research and take the necessary steps to help resolve, and will share here with whatever I get back.
Regards,
