I am currently selling on Amazon as a sole proprietor, but I want to incorporate. I'm very concerned about any issues I might have that can impact my Amazon Seller account that I'm very hesitant to incorporate. Can anyone from Amazon give me a basic rundown of what steps I can take to ensure that my transition from Sole Proprietorship to Corporation is as smooth as possible? Also, can I use a UPS mailbox as my business address?
