INFORM Consumers Act, Bank Account Verification Issue (Worse than last year!)

I am facing an ongoing issue regarding the verification of our US bank information, which has been impacting our ability to access funds crucial for covering operational costs. Our account health is good, our Identity, Phone Number, US Business Address and IRS Tax ID are all checked and good. We have tried Account Health Assistance to no avail, we filed a case yesterday asking for an update and it displays answered without an answer. Recently I spoke Seller Support who opened an internal case or investigation, they advised us not to try to change anything while the case or investigation is pending. There is a bank account verification issue, the business bank account had been previously verified and had been working for over 6 months and we received an email stating it was verified on 4/24/24. There appears to be a back end issue, our bank account name is the same as our legal entity (LLC) and there is no option to select Point of Contact as referred to within the attached screenshot.

What to do? I am a 70y old seller and this is stressing me out big time!

I understand you have encountered an error when working to verify your bank account information for compliance with the INFORM Consumers Act.

Each year, any business information relevant to this federal legislature will need to be verified. Amazon has created a certification process to ensure all information is still accurate and valid, such as the bank account information you are speaking on.
