Amazon seller repay

I have some charges on my credit card indicating "Amazon Seller Repay" please what kind of charges are that?

I personally don't mind whatever charges they are, but I need the answer for tax purposes. Thanks

This would be amazon collecting money when your Seller account balance is negative.

It is not a special fee, just a different way of collecting payment (normally your fees/refunds would be taken from the money amazon owes you for sales).
