Amazon Automated Refund without returening my item back
I had a return request Authorized by amazon and refunded , the reason for return was "no need any more".
I don't have any problem for the returning and even the refund but the client did not return the item even that I provided return label.
and I communicate several times with the client and he dose not response.
later on he filled A-to-z Guarantee Claim and then amazon had decided to close the clam for me due that the customer is not responding.
but then after all amazon had refunded the customer and I did not get my Item and even I can not File a SAFE-T Claim
as it says
"This order is not eligible for SAFE-T claim. Only Seller Fulfilled Prime orders, MFN Prepaid Return Label orders, Easy Ship orders and VAS orders, are eligible for SAFE-T claims. Please refer to Amazon SAFE-T Claim Policy for more details"
So what is the solution to get my money back or my item back.
Also what is the best practice to avoid such think in the future.
