Are you one of these sellers who think that nobody is answering? You just have to click on "Notifications" on top of the forum. Your screenshot shows that you have 20 notifications to read. Maybe there is an answer for your question among it.

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. Generally, this means that Amazon needs certain forms from the PSP to finalize the verification of the bank account in Seller Central. You should reach out to your PSP to resolve this issue.
If there are any other questions, or further support is needed, I recommend that you switch your store to CA in Seller Central and create a case to Seller Support.
