My Account has been Deactivated

#Please_Help_Me

I am a new seller, even I have not sold a single product. About three weeks ago I listed a product and already shipped the goods to amazon. That are on the way. But last week amazon deactivated my account. According to amazon's advice I submitted my telephone bill. But , amazon rejected that and said "We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store." Later, I submitted my electricity bill, Packing list and shipping document of the goods that I have shipped to amazon. The second evaluation is still in progress.

It is mentionable that at first I listed a product. And unfortunately I didn't know that was a restricted product. Later I found there were Four Restricted Product Policy Violations. But it has not any effect on AHR. Actually very frankly saying, I had no any idea about Restricted Product Policy Violations and its effect.

Now my question is-

1. is the deactivation of my account is due to Restricted Product Policy Violations?

2. Is there any possibility to reinstate my selling privileges?

3. May I get a chance as a new seller?

Well, as this looks like a partial performance notification, I will try and give information about this.

When you receive a Performance notification such as above - Your only steps available would be to dispute this by providing evidence you have complied with all Amazon policies.

As you are so new, my advice would be to go over EVERYTHING in your account you gave in the startup of the account and provide proof that each detail is correct. This might require a lot of attachments. Please review: Seller performance review this might help with remembering to resubmit everything with proof.

  1. I do not believe the deactivation is due to a Restricted Product Policy Violation. You may have both issues and have received Performance Notifications for two separate things.
  2. It will be very difficult as the appeals teams for this type of deactivation do not share any of the back end reasons with us due to confidentiality concerns. That means I do not have specific guidance on how to address this other than to say address everything.
  3. I do not have the answer to this question.
