Handling time and USPS delivery estimates

I have both AHT (same-day handling) and SSA enabled, but I'm still seeing a "must ship by" date that's one day after purchase, along with overly extended delivery estimates via USPS. Over the past two weeks, in every case I've tracked, USPS has consistently delivered 2-3 days earlier than the earliest delivery estimate shown to customers. What could be causing this issue?

Hello @Seller_35YCctDNERucc

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

Amazon's delivery estimates are typically conservative to account for potential delays and ensure customer satisfaction.

I would highly recommend you to contact our Seller Support team and ask them to review why your "must ship by" date is showing one day after purchase despite same-day handling, and also confirm your AHT and SSA settings are correctly applied.

Hope you have a great day and happy holidays !

Christine.
