Negative feedback due to Long weekends holiday
We recently received a negative review from a customer who experienced a delivery delay due to the long holiday weekend. Please note that we shipped the unit on the same day the order was received. Unfortunately, shipping delays caused by holidays are outside our control.
I have already contacted Amazon regarding this feedback. They confirmed that it is not their responsibility and, since the review does not violate their community guidelines, they are unable to remove it from my account. As a result, this negative feedback is impacting our account health and seller metrics.
