Why is my card still invalid after updating?

Hello, my account prompts: "Your account is inactive

You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."

However, after I tried to add a new credit card and changed the credit cards of all the malls, the restriction was still not lifted. I could not access my mall, and the same prompt was still: "Your account is inactive

Is it because the verification and review has not been completed? How many hours does it usually take to complete the verification and review? I waited for 5 hours and it still didn't work.

"you may be required to add a new credit card"-are you sure it's a valid credit card? Does it charge interest? Do you get a bill?

Go to the Customer side of Amazon and change your credit card there. That is what I had to do last time my card expired. It was right on the selling side but still expired on the buying side. Once I corrected the buying side, it's worked fine ever since.

Did you get any help on reactivating your account? I'm having the same issues. This seems to be a big issue with Amazon.

Boss, I want to ask if you know how many hours it usually takes to verify. It says that it will be verified successfully in a few minutes. I have waited for a long time but it has not been verified successfully. I saw someone in the forum saying that it takes 24 hours or 48 hours to verify. Is it true?

I contacted the appropriate team and was informed that there are no pending issues with your account. Have you been able to resolve the inactivity? Is your account active now?
