Why is my card still invalid after updating?
Hello, my account prompts: "Your account is inactive
You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."
However, after I tried to add a new credit card and changed the credit cards of all the malls, the restriction was still not lifted. I could not access my mall, and the same prompt was still: "Your account is inactive

"you may be required to add a new credit card"-are you sure it's a valid credit card? Does it charge interest? Do you get a bill?

Go to the Customer side of Amazon and change your credit card there. That is what I had to do last time my card expired. It was right on the selling side but still expired on the buying side. Once I corrected the buying side, it's worked fine ever since.
