Hello,
We shipped an item as described and delivered on time, the buyer however asked to return it and we provided prepaid label, however nothing was returned and the buyer never responded.
The feedback contains inappropriate language and is factually inaccurate. Here are the details:
Feedback Left: "The worst seller I can say they will show you something else. They will send something else. Don’t trust the seller. He’s a cheater they make customers fool, they will show something else on Amazon and send completely different thing. Please don’t trust them."
Reason for Removal:
The feedback includes inappropriate language such as "cheater" and "make customers fool," which violates Amazon’s community guidelines.
The buyer’s claim that we sent a different item is false. The item shipped was exactly as described in the listing.
The buyer requested a return, and we provided a prepaid return label on February 10, 2025. However, the buyer did not return the item, and we have proof of this.

For feedback removal you have to use the tool "Feedback Manager". Anything else is not allowed.

Unfortunately, those words are not inappropriate. When they say "inappropriate" they mean vulgar. And there are thousands of feedbacks that are false but will never be removed.
