Amazon Bulk Upload Issue: Requesting Product ID and Product ID Type Despite Granted GTIN Exemption
I'm facing an issue with Amazon bulk upload. Despite being granted a GTIN exemption as the manufacturer, Amazon is requesting a product ID and product ID type after the upload process. I am sure that I am uploading my products to the category for which I have been granted a GTIN exemption. I downloaded the process summary file and examined everything carefully, but couldn't find any errors. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
