Expired Product Claim

We sell food items that have best before dates. We are very careful not to send items that are expired or near expiry. We have noticed that Amazons system automatically files a claim against us if the customer asks about expiration date in a message. We have about a dozen examples of this over the past few years but ill show the most recent one. They are simply asking about expiration date because they couldn't see it. This is the customers first purchase with us so we did not sell the bag they had issues with previously.

Can a Mod tell me why these claims are filed without the expiration date actually being an issue? The be clear, this does not appear to be coming from the customer as every single time a customer asks us about the expiration date we get a claim. This seems very unreasonable.

Can a Mod tell me why these claims are filed without the expiration date actually being an issue? The be clear, this does not appear to be coming from the customer as every single time a customer asks us about the expiration date we get a claim. This seems very unreasonable.
