Brand Registry Case Status

Hi, my case ID is 14621115571. The status shows "answered case", Can anyone tell me what that means and how many days it usually takes to complete the application review after that?

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team here on forums.

Typically sellers will see updates from the brand registry team within 10 business days if there are no complications.

To answer your question on the status, some sellers will see their case status through their seller central case log and it will show "answered" or "resolved" status before they get any answers from Brand registry. This is because the case may be passed to internal teams within Amazon and it reflects that information.

To check the most accurate status of your application, please check through your Brand Registry home page -> Brand Applications -> Status.

Closing the case or commenting on the application case may result in further delay of the investigation so I would not advise that as well. Hope it goes well!
