Warning: A-Z Claims and Buy shipping protection-USPS website does NOT always show all scans!

I just want to make other sellers aware that when responding to A-Z claims, you NEED to check Amazon internal tracking and compare it to the USPS website tracking. I had an issue where Amazon had more scans than the actual USPS website. Not realizing this, I took a screen shot of the USPS site and not the order page, becuase I did not realize that USPS was missing information, they could not see the first scan in my screenshot.

Well, amazon had all the info but apparently A-Z only looked at my screenshot and it took a lot of work on my part to get this corrected becuase I was shut down on replying to the A-Z claim.

I had to click the tracking on the order page and then take a screen shot of the tracking history because when I clicked to go to the USPS site, all scans were not there. In my case the package had over 100 scans and they did not all show up on USPS but they were in the drop box on Amazon and you have to use screenshot while the drop box is down or else it will not capture all the scans.

I got the A-Z overturned but it should not have been as hard as it was.
