There is no "none, I am an individual" option in business type

During the process of verifying my seller wallet, amazon associate told me to choose sole proprietorship if I am individual seller. When I went to the link they sent there was no "sole proprietorship" option, my account was already on the "none, I am an individual" option. I accidentally clicked "privately owned business". And now the "None, I am an individual" option doesn't appear. I can't go back. I am stuck on other options.

I realize this is one of the frequently encountered problems. Can someone help, I have screenshots
