I'm a new seller. The buyer directly gave the store a negative review and made a claim without contacting me.
I'm a new seller. Whenever my ODR exceeds 1%, I feel sad because I check the store's negative reviews and claims, and the buyer directly gives the store's negative reviews and claims without contacting me, and then contacts the buyer and they resolve it. Issue was resolved and a full refund was given. Buyers will not delete or modify negative reviews of stores or cancel claims. No matter how I appealed, I was unsuccessful. Can anyone help?

Hi, you can make an apology by adding a small gift and a short note to your customer. Personally, before I got into this business, I could not even imagine that feedback was such a critical thing, probably your client does not know and may not take it into account because he considers it insignificant.

It is very difficult to have a negative review removed, all you can do is try to appeal it if it fits the criteria and hope it will be removed. If it doesn't fit the criteria then it shouldn't be removed and you have to focus on giving a better customer experience.
If you are receiving many claims or negative reviews the solution is to figure out why you are receiving so many.

Welcome to Amazon selling.... the CUSTOMER ALWAYS WINS. It's ridiculous a lot of the time but their AI-based system always sides with the customer even when proven wrong.
