Brand Registry Application Declined
Hello,
My application for brand registry has been repeatedly declined for the same reason:
"After carefully reviewing the information and documents, we have concluded that the brand/user has engaged in abusive conduct as per our policy"
I'm not sure what could be wrong here, I own my trademark and have manufacturing agreements with manufacturers. I have up-to-date invoices, incorporation documents, and lots of photographs of my product with my TM.
This is my first listing. I'm eager to work in the Amazon ecosystem, but this challenge is getting in the way. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Like you, I am also listing my first product to sell on Amazon, but for some nonsensical reasons, they keep rejecting my compliance documents, and my listing will eventually get removed if I am unable to fulfill their bizarre request.
To me, it seems that they are just getting in the way of new sellers by throwing in some nonsense.
Have you had any luck so far?
