I don't understand any of the prompts that come with trying to get rid of textbooks I'm no longer going to use. When I click on "get support" it brings me back to the main page. I am not starting a business, just trying to sell my textbooks for less. Any tips?

Try eBay. Many book, but especially textbooks, are limited on Amazon. My entire business is selling used books; there are plenty of textbooks that I'm not allowed to sell. As an individual seller just coming on board, I suspect that you would face even stricter limitations.
But on eBay, no problems, and they sell quite well there.
