Brand being claimed by other Brand Stewards
Hello, I am an administrator for a global Seller Central account selling Books. I have legal documentation for our Trademark registration and products. We are the original supplier/manufacturer for all of our products.
We are trying to update some fields of ASIN in our catalogue however we are being repeatedly told another brand steward owns the listing. We do not sell\produce edition 1 anymore, only edition 2. People buy book Edition 1, they recieve Edition 2. It is not best customer experience. The item sold in the listing must match the item received!!
I have submitted multiple cases on individual ASIN with all legal documentation, to prove we are the brand holder and get a resolution, but to no avail.

How many ASINs are being affected?
Please provide the case ID(s) you have and I will review and escalate as necessary. Ideally, If I am creating an escalation, it is most timely to include ALL the ASINs you are having this experience with. Since you stated that you have opened a case for each ASIN, if you list all those cases here, I will review each one and if it is warranted, I will submit 1 escalation case for ALL the ASINs
