SFP OTD metrics

Hi

In regards to SFP OTD metrics, if an order contains multiple items of the same SKU and they are all not delivered on time, will every item be counted as another OTD late shipment, or Amazon looks on order basis.

Please advice

I would have to assume it is per package and not per order, but who knows.

Thanks for your question! From Seller Central: On-time delivery is defined as the the number of Prime units that are delivered on or before the promised delivery date that appears in the order details, divided by the number of Prime units that had a delivery scan.

As the metric is calculated at a unit level, to my knowledge each unit would be counted individually rather than at the shipment level.
