Amazon Partnered Carrier Program

Hi,

I have been using the Amazon Partnered Carrier Program for a long time and have sent many many shipments of inventory with the program.

I currently have two Shipments set up in Seller Central, but when i go to CONFIRM Carrier and Pallet Information in Step 4 it tells me that it is unavailable and that i need to check my ship from address - see below for the error message.

1 Warning [Carrier: Amazon-Partnered Carrier ] Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable. Check your ship-from address and try again.

Nothing has changed with my Ship From address it is the default address I have set up for all my shipments.

I did some research and found out that as of Dec 20th you have to include a phone number in the Ship from address to be eligible. I updated it to include the phone number, but I am still getting the same error message.

I then was able to get someone on the phone at AMZ through support and was told there is a shortage of carriers at the moment due to seasonality and lots of sellers are experiencing the same thing. She recommends I use my own carrier. She had no timeline of when the Amazon Partnered Carrier Program would be available again.

I don't want to use my own carrier because the cost is 3X what it costs to ship with the Amazon Partnered Carrier Program, but at the same time can't delay my shipments of inventory going to AMZ.

Has anyone found a work around for this situation and/or has an understanding of how long the wait will be?

Thanks!

Same exact issue here and Seller Support is simply telling me partner carriers aren't a guarantee but shipping on our own makes the entire business model not viable. I have quotes of $1400 compared to our average cost of $350. I have yet to find a solution and am running out of time. @KJ_AmazonAny support? Workflow ID below if that is helpful.
