Canada Post Lettermail is taking way too long!

We have been using Lettermail as our carrier for all of our under $30 FBM sales for over 13 years. Never have we seen this many customers asking where there items are. Most are over 2 weeks and many over 3 weeks not delivered.

It is completely ridiculous. I understand they are prioritizing backed up packages from the strike but it is Jan 21 now. They should have issued a statement saying lettermail would be severely delayed.

They do not care about their lifeblood of their business which is small business. The strike caused major disruptions and revenue loss. They lost a lot of of business that will never come back.

A crown corporation with unlimited deep pockets is not accountable in any way to the customers they serve!!!
