Account deactivated in Canada Inventory Stranded
I am having a struggle with support. I have had 6 cases open and closed with no resolution. I have replied to emails with requests and cases closed saying i never responded. I have submitted, and resubmitted documents through the account verification. My canada store had been up and running my first batch of inventory sent in and started to make sales (3 to be exact) then sent in another batch of inventory to canada during the time where they went to a unified platform. After they went to the unified global platform ALL my invinetory has been stranded saying my account needs to be verified again. I assumed this was because of the US and Mexico markets being added to my store. I went through the process and then pressed button to reactivate account and it said it was successful but it kept all my inventory stranded. It is my canadian store that is stranded although it says healthy and active. When i try to resubmit identity information it says there is an error. I have tried online chat and phone calls 6 different times and they keep telling me to wait for verification and then close my case as there is not activity. I am frustrated have 186 items stranded and assume I will be paying for storage on these items but cannot sell them. Anyone know how to get me active since Amazon Support cannot? They have said they referred me to an internal speicalist 3 x but one person on the phone said the online chat support did not actually do it. She did it and I talked another time over the phone to Eduardo who was the most unhelpful and opened and closed my case again. I am beyond frustrated for the lack from amazon and hoping to get this resolved asap.
