Was there a question or are you just letting Amazon know?
First, this is a FORUM and not Amazon so only other sellers are normally here to see questions and cries for help. The occasional MOD does stop by to monitor things and maybe one will see this.
It’s still the BEST place to post asking for help BUT just ask for the help from other sellers and NOT from any of the Amazon departments that probably don’t even know the Forum exists. (Only a SMALL amount of sarcasm there)!
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
I have given up tagging MODS unless there is a case number in the posts since it wastes time for everyone.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

Amazon FCs are terrible these days.
I consider it best practice to plan that any shipment into FBA will take at least 75 days to fully process.
Most of them don't take that long, but enough do that this isn't an outlier.

we ship from delaware and used CLT2 forever until recently when they changed us to new jersey. the difference is night and day. CLT2 is awful

We have one as well. It is a shame because they were doing so well for so long. Now they are becoming just like the rest of the receiving warehouses. But I still have to wait three more weeks before I can say anything about it. When I first started FBA it was four days from the time it was delivered. If it was not received I could email and within 24 hours it was received or I was refunded.

Yesterday was the reconciled date, Now is move to Nov 8, this is great over 60 Days before we can do anything, The excused was peak season.

Please check back if you still need assistance after about 90 days since the shipment was created, and once the shipment is closed.
