How to win an A-Z Claim on Amazon Canada?
I sell mostly to the US but also have some products on Amazon Canada. Their postal service seems to lose a high amount of packages. I provide valid tracking, ship on time, do everything that I am supposed to. I lose EVERY single A-Z claim. I dispute them, provide a bunch of evidence, it doesn't matter. Amazon.CA never covers the refund. Does anyone have any experience in how to not lose every A-Z claim for Amazon Canada? The last one I lost was because the customer left the package at the post office for 2 weeks and didn't pay the taxes on it. It got sent back to me (personalized so unusable). Of course they got a full refund and I'm out the time and cost of the product. The only thing I can think of is adding "signature on delivery" but that would cost an insane amount of money which no one will pay for. Senior sellers on Amazon, do you have any advice on how to fix my A-Z issues?
