Other sellers putting offers on my ASIN

I just listed my product a week back, and there are already 2 new sellers (whose addresses show they are based in India) who've put their offers on my listing. My brand is registered with Amazon's brand registry (pending trademark) and we sell through FBA.

These new sellers are doing FBM, and they show delivery dates within 2-3 weeks. Are these dropshippers that Amazon legally allows, or are these frauds who will ship counterfeit products?

Do I need to test buy their product? The problem is, there will be multitude of these sellers in no time.

Unfortunately, Amazon allows anyone and everyone to sell your product, whether it is your brand or not.

They could be dropshippers, sure.

You could do a test buy and start investigating that way but you're right. There will be more sellers in no time.

Hello @Seller_fEwtznTnlYluz

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team. Thank you for your post here.

Amazon's policies allow any seller to list items for sale on an ASIN so long as the intellectual property accurately represents the item being sold and has not been illegally reproduced. This includes intellectual property for which you are the rights owner. In addition, Amazon respects a manufacturer's right to enter into exclusive distribution agreements for its products.

You mentioned your trademark is still pending. Once the status has changed to registered, you will have access to the Report a violation tool through Brand Registry if you believe your IP is infringed. Please check the link above for more information and best practices.

If you are waiting for your trademark to be registered and completed a test buy and can prove the item is illegally reproduced, or does not match the product, please submit through the Report Abuse tool.

Please let me know if you have further questions!

Best,

Sandy
