**Warning for anyone contemplating using Amazon AWD
The AWD replentishment system, so far for US has been a disaster. I am on the verge of running out of inventory because AWD keeps cancelling THEIR OWN shipments into FBA. FINALLY got a message from AWD, which only causes me MORE anxiety that AWD is NOT ready to be used yet...............
"We found that while these replenishment, cartons were not stowed properly and due to which the shipment were cancelled. And now please be informed that all the cartons were stowed and replenishment will get trigger at the earliest."
What makes matters worse is AWD has NO TELEPHONE SUPPORT, so we have had to rely on email communications......which as any seller will tell you, is a Clusterf*** of miscommunication.
