Unable to update bank account info
I have tried unsuccessfully for a week to update my bank account info, now my funds were released today to an old bank account number. I log onto Seller Central, get my OTP, access my account. When I navigate to add/change bank account info, I keep getting the message "OTP sent to phone number ending in 61". Yes that's my number, yes I verified it's correct in my account info. I AM NOT RECEIVING THE OTP which is needed to change the bank account info. I have cleared my cookies and cache on my cell phone, 2 desktops, and a laptop. I've tried 3 different browsers. What the heck? Btw what happens to funds when the receiving bank account is closed? Does it go back to Amazon? Seller support has been ZERO HELP.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been experiencing with your bank verification. I understand that you have been attempting to submit the banking documents, but the system is returning with the error messages? Is this an issue that you are still experiencing, or are you having issues with the OTP/verification? This page: Recover Your Account after Two-Step Verification Fails should help. If that does not help with the issue, can you please share with me the most recent seller support case? I would like to review and escalate on your behalf.
