Will Amazon Brand Registry accept a "suspended" USPTO trademark as "pending"?
If my trademark application (currently under review) gets put into "suspended" status by USPTO - will Amazon Brand Registry accept this as "pending"?
I don't see anything under the TM5 status table that matches this description.

Very doubtful since 'suspended' means there is something wrong with the filing --- "suspended" and "pending" are NOT synonyms.
